Riggs, breaking out by .06 with his Outlaw `66 Mustang. |

Eventual runner-up John Maas (`71 Olds)
defeated Bruce Compton in the semis of Bracket #3. |

Liana Compton, PSI Racing, was on a roll
in Club #4 until the fifth round when her ignition switch malfunctioned
after a hard launch, sending Jon Anderson to the final round. |

It was great to see the Modern Rodders
return along with their team leader Randy Lyons. Driving his `4
Outlander, Lyon was a fifth round finisher (semis) in Bracket #5 |

Veteran Outlaw club member Paul Maiden
survived until the fourth round in Bracket #3 with his `69 Mustang. |

Best new club name: "Mad Moose
Engineering"! Trevor Seel put together a nice fifth round finish in
Bracket #5. We're bettin' right now that Ryan Dubois will be signing up
many new club members before the next stop. Reason: why wouldn't you
want to say you're on the Mad Moose team - it's just sounds cool to us. |
