Sled vs. one quick Bike. Sweeping the double header, Jacob Wood defeated
Robert Neidigh. Wood ran 6.06 (5.98)-105.57. |

Fairly Reliable Bob's Rex Petersen was the
big winner of Outlaw Street. Petersen, near side, carded a 9.11-81.16 to
beat Henry Hincks' Grand National. |

Another double-up winner was Shayne
Schaefer in Nostalgia. Into the stiff headwind, Schaefer beat three-time
weekend bridesmaid Scott Downard with an 8.27 (8.19)-80.24. The famed
`56 Chevy finished at 6.78 (6.72)-100.89. |

Avenging his runner-up finish from one day
earlier, Eric Sprague rebounded in Street Bike with a fine 6.76
(6.75)-106.42 to get around the Suzuki of Josh Redmon. Riding the bike
in the far lane, Redmon finished at 7.47 (7.34)-95.11. |

Reversing the final of Street Truck on
Saturday, Ryan Resinkin nailed a 8.88 (8.89)-76.92 to eclipse Monte
Bryant. In a race decided by .001 (MOV), Bryant, near lane, ran
8.71 (8.72)-80.07. |

Following in the footsteps of his sister
one day earlier, Sheldon Lemen ran 9.30 (9.25)-70.27 to win Jr.
Lightning. Tiffany Burger, far side, finished a touch too quick at 9.66
(9.68)-65.13. |

Competing in her first Firebird Jr.
Thunder race, Shandi Mason from Twin Falls charged all the way to
the final round (near side). Her dream day came to an end against
Matthew Burger, who posted a winning 12.12 (11.93)-48.95. |

Jeff Devey ran 4.86, 4.87 and 4.89 as the
wind progressively got stronger during the day, but redlit (-.012)
against Sean Shaffer in the second round of Super Pro on Sunday. |

David Wade rides this `06 Kawasaki in the
Street Bike class, losing in round two to Doug Schultz. |

Former Sears Point track champ Glen
Phillips ran 7.74 (7.74 dial) during round two Sunday, but the dreaded
red eye (-.011) got the best of him. |

Lynde Fischer was a second round finisher on Sunday after nailing a
terrific 9.64 on a 9.64 in round one. |

Defending Street Bike Jay Lee gathered up
two round wins on Sunday to start his title defense. |

On Sunday, Tom Davis ran 7.52 (7.51), 7.52
(7.51) and 7.508 (7.51) in losing to eventual winner Steve Pyburn in
round three. |

Never one to toss the towel in, Jennifer
Barr changed the carburetor on her Mustang 3 times (is a charm!) during
the weekend. It paid round point dividends with a 7.710 (7.71), 7.72
(7.70) and a 7.72 (7.72), but unfortunately redlit with a .033 in round
three. |
