CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE CHAMPIONS AT THE 8TH IMPORT SUMMER JAM
Cloud-filled skies helped make the eighth edition of the
NAPA Auto Parts Import Summer Jam an absolutely beautiful night for racing.
Presented by Lyle Pearson Acura, the state’s biggest sport compact event
attracted a very strong turnout as temperatures topped out at 92 degrees.
Congratulations to all the champions including the Quick 8 winner Chris Pugh who
carded a career quickest 10.98 at 129.45 miles per hour to conquer all
challengers. A tip of the hat also goes out to both David & Stephanie Meimann
for putting together a clean husband & wife sweep of Quick Import and Euro
Street at night’s end.
The next stop in the Sport Compact series will be staged on Friday night, July
31st.
