MTN. VIEW, MIDDLETON, BORAH & EAGLE HIGH RACERS WIN PREP TITLES AT SECOND STOP

Friday night, May 15th, was the date for the second stop in the United Dairymen High School & Alumni Series. Presented by the U.S. Army, four new prep winners emerged in the six-race chase. Chris Wingert, Mtn. View High, Katelin Thatcher, Middleton High, Nicole Grabe, Borah High, and Chad Lloyd, Eagle High, all scored victories during the big night of racing.

Scott Grondahl held off a stout field of Street Bikes. The veteran rider stopped Don Trafford, Shawn Swainston, Robb Larson, bye in semi’s, and Mark Sprague in the final.

In Outlaw Street, Mike Ritz collected the victory with his `08 Corvette. Earning the all Corvette Outlaw Street finale, Ritz upended the former Junior Dragster standout Gary “Hollywood” Bullington, who redlighted with a -.011 in the title dash.
