2007 Opening Test Day

Quite a turnout of racers took advantage of ideal condititions for the Opening Test Day of the 2007 Drag Racing Season. Hundreds of racers made practice runs throughout the morning and afternoon. Special thanks to all the racers, familes and crewmembers who conveyed kind comments about all the new enhancements and upgrades to the facility. It brings a big smile to everyone who helped initiate and pull off all the major capital improvements during the off-season. At the same time, we thought you'd enjoy a sneak peak at several of those who participated on the first day of action at Firebird in over five months.

The staging lanes were packed all day long.
