Five different High Schools split up a
$2,000 season-end endowment. Winning the "AAA" Championship
for the 13th time was Meridian High School.
Kuna High scored the "AA" team
title. Cody Glazier helped present the prep awards on behalf of Western
State/CAT (left).
Firebird patriarch Bill New took time to
recognize the significantly "better halves" of the New Crew,
namely Ellanor, Renee', Debbie and Anna.

presented Jason Thomas his award for Rookie of the Year.
Steve Reynolds was voted Most Improved Driver of `07 after narrowly
losing the Super Pro track championship by a mere one round of
competition to Chris Jaggers.
Deemed Good "Gals" - Nanette Cox
and Tami Shaffer (right) were very helpful this season in everything
from working at selected High School Series events to the Summit
E.T. Finals in Woodburn.
After a frustrating season filled with an
abundance of attrition, Ken Windley accepted a special High Performance
Gift Basket and award for Outstanding Perserverance.
Dennis Law (right) presented Jackie Alley
with the plaque for Best Appearing Car.

-Most certainly deserving of this year's Outstanding
Crew was the Middleton Crew family and friends.
Carl Downard was quite taken after learning
that he and his good pal Lloyd Taylor would be the track's 22nd
Racemaster recipients.
Presented by Bill, Ellanor, Connor, and
Austyn New, both Carl Downard and Lloyd Taylor were very deserving
honorees for the Racemaster award.
The 2007 Boise Muffler/Spangler Bros. Auto
Body Gold Cup victors and assorted point's champs joined together
for this group presentation.
