This is a classic shot from the west-side grandstands of the famed "240 Gordie" Bonin at the wheel of his Jerry Verhuel-tuned Bubble Up Trans Am. This would've been from the late 70's at an NHRA World Championship Series Meet. This was during an era when both Top Fuel and AA/Funny Car competed at all the WCS events across the country.
