Easily the most visited area on our website is the "Blast from the Past" section. It's been a lot of fun digging back thru the Firebird photo archives and retrieving some of the color and excitement from the early years of racing in western Idaho. One of those key teams was the "Grondahl Bros", both Keith (driving) and Ken (looking on) who campaigned this wicked quick "injected" Ford-powered Roadster. Today, Ken's son Scott competes regularly in the Carl's Street Bike Series, winning the track championship in 2004 in the class. What's even better is the fact that the Grondahl's have kept nearly all their early cars from their flathead powered dragster that appeared in the Heap Herders display at the Roadster Show this year to their wild `n whooly roadster, preserving a slice of Idaho drag racing history. To them we say thanks for their support over the years
