Attending the Pepsi Nightfire back in August, here's two icons of the nostalgia drag racing scene. Pictured at left is former NHRA national event director Steve Gibbs and the legendary Mousie Marcellus (right) of "Winged Express" fame. Together, these two easily have nearly a century of time and tenure in our sport of Drag Racing. Today, Gibbs is one of the key individuals behind both Hot Rod Reunions that are put on by the NHRA Museum in Pomona and Marcellus is in throws of fielding a new (but old-school) "Winged Express" Fuel Altered to replace the one crashed a year ago, along with driver Mike Boyd.
