This photo dates back quite a number of years. This is the "Idaho Thunder" Corvette Funny Car of Boise's Dale Harsin. You can really tell the age of this photo considering Dale is doing a burnout on asphalt (not concrete, which has been in place for nearly two decades) and his high-rise Van, one of the more unique tow vehicles of the time.
