Capp. This is a shot from the `74 AHRA Grand American race at Firebird of
his Wheeler Dealer Top Fueler from Edmonton. Look closely and you'll notice
Bernie Fedderly (part of John Force's braintrust crew today), the late Jim
Tice (president of the AHRA) and the late Richard Schroeder (who announced
many of our early races). Take note: it's official - Terry Capp will be
returning to the Pepsi Nightfire Nationals this August at the wheel of the
Bubble Up Trans Am Nitro Funny Car once made famous by the great "240
Gordie" Bonin and Jerry Verhuel.
