Looking back in time, one of the more outrageous Jet cars
to race at Firebird was this super-sized Jet truck of Les Schockley.
Given the fact it ran a much larger turbine than most any Jet Dragster
or Funny Car, this dude flat lit up the night-time sky. Driven at the
time by Ken High, the truck appeared one-time at the 1994 Fox Hunt.
We're all still surprised to this day that he didn't burn the old wood fence to the ground.
