One of the most recognizable names in Division 6 Stock eliminator history certainly has to be Method. Both Cal and his wife Mary Ann have been a part of nearly every NHRA point's meet ever staged at Firebird. Dating back to the early 70's (Firebird hosted its first World Championship Series race in 1969), this is the familiar Q/Stock four-day wagon that Cal campaigned on a regular basis. No stranger to the Firebird winner's circle either, both Cal and Mary Ann have visited victory lane quite a number of times over the past three-plus decades, including one year (if memory serves correct) when the Stock final at an Ignitor came down to an all Method "family affair".
