Bob Schoonhoven has been responsible for bringing
quite a number of show cars to the Boise Roadster Show over the years. Dating
back to the inaugural show thirty-one years ago, Schoonhoven brought show cars from
the Daktari television show to the Pinball Wizard to the Playboy Bunny Coach to
the Magnum P.I. Ferrari, to mention but a few. One of the real fan favorites was
this absolutely stunning `34 Ford Roadster Pickup. Of course, Henry Ford
never made a roadster truck in 1934, but Bob custom built this bright red street
rod and had it on display at the 1987 Show. More recently, the former
Master Builder recipient showed his unique twin-blown Pizza Wagon (at 2001
Roadster Show). File Photo
