WINTER WEATHER CANCELS FIRST TEST DAY

As excited as we are to swing the gates open for the start of the new racing season, we are also realists. In lieu of the impending frigid cold conditions forecasted for Sunday, March 30th, we have decided to pull the pin on our first day of testing at Firebird Raceway.

As a courtesy to all those who were planning to travel from longer distances and those racers from within our region, please help us pass the word that Sunday’s test day has been canceled. The cancellation is due to the anticipation of very cold weather (nearly 15 degrees below normal) and the possibility of snow showers.

The next test day is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 6th.
